Corporate Identity Project for the company Arges Pro, based in Palma de Mallorca. The project had to reflect seriousness and protection.
Arges Pro is a mystery client company. The mystery client or incognito client is a technique used by companies to evaluate and measure the quality of customer service. Mystery shoppers act as ordinary customers who make a purchase or consume a service and then provide a report on how their experience was.
During the mystery shopping process, specific activities such as buying a product, asking questions, registering complaints or behaving in a specific way are carried out, and finally providing detailed reports and feedback on their experiences. Subsequently, a qualitative analysis of different predefined variables is carried out, in order to make proposals to improve and/or maintain the attention of your employees at a level close to the optimum.
