Identity design project for a housing development in Santa María. The project had to transmit history and tradition, with Mediterranean touches. The commission required the creation of the brand, design and layout of the specifications book.

In the emblematic building "Cas Sucrer", in the heart of the picturesque village of Santa Maria, these 10 luxurious flats will be built, whose design leaves nothing to be desired, preserving the historical elements that characterise it, such as wooden beams and natural stone walls. The façade, characteristic of its period, has been preserved in its entirety. The interior will be refurbished in order to build these magnificent dwellings, delicately furnished and personally designed by
the interior designer who has directed some of the best works carried out in Palma in recent years.
