Cookies and storage I currently use
- Theme preference (light/dark): I save your choice in the browser's local storage so the website remembers how you prefer to view it. It is not transmitted to any server or shared with third parties.
- Your decision on this cookie policy: I save which categories you have accepted or rejected, so as not to ask you again on every visit.
I currently do not use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) nor advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If I add any in the future, I will expressly ask you through the cookie panel before activating it, and you will be able to accept or reject it just like the others.
Categories of cookies I manage from the panel
- Necessary: essential for the basic operation of the website. They do not require your consent because none currently exist on this website beyond the consent management itself.
- Preferences: remember settings such as the light/dark theme. You can disable them; in that case, the website will revert to its default setting on each visit.
- Analytics: reserved in case I add traffic measurement tools in the future. Not currently in use.
How can I manage my preferences?
You can accept, reject or configure these categories from the cookie notice that appears on your first visit. If you want to change your decision later, you can do so at any time via the "Manage cookies" link in the footer.
You can also delete or block cookies and local storage from your browser settings. Keep in mind that if you disable the theme preference, the website will stop remembering your light or dark mode choice between visits.
