At Jorge Aleix · Creative Design I work to give you, through my services, the best possible experience. In some cases it is necessary to collect information to achieve that. Your privacy matters to me and I believe I should be transparent about it.
For the purposes of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, and Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), I hereby inform you that, as data controller, I will incorporate the personal data you provide me into an automated file.

What personal data do I collect?
The personal data you may provide me with, depending on the form or channel you use:
- Name and email address
- Phone number
- IP address, date and time of access, browser and operating system
- Any other information you decide to share with me in a form or by email
Not providing the data requested in a form, or not accepting this privacy policy, makes it impossible to process that request or enquiry.
Why and for what purpose do I process your data?
- To manage your quote request or the contracting of any of my services
- To respond to your enquiries through the contact form or the website's assistant
- To manage the sending of the information you request from me
- To maintain the business relationship and, where applicable, the corresponding invoicing
What is the legal basis for processing your data?
- Consent of the data subject, for the contact form and quote or information requests
- Compliance with legal obligations, such as those arising from invoicing
How long do I keep your data?
Data is kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected (for example, for the duration of the business relationship) and, after that, for the applicable legal limitation periods.
Who receives your data?
I do not share or sell your data to third parties. Only when strictly necessary, the external service providers I use (for example, web hosting or email management) may process your data in order to provide that service, always under a duty of confidentiality and with the guarantees required by the applicable regulations.
Where is your data stored?
As a general rule, data is stored within the European Union. If I use any provider outside the EU, I will ensure it offers an adequate level of protection in accordance with the GDPR.
What rights do you have and how can you exercise them?

- Right of access: to ask for information about the personal data I hold about you
- Right of rectification: to correct your personal data
- Right of erasure: to request the deletion of your data
- Right of restriction: to restrict the processing of your personal data
- Right to object: to withdraw your consent and object to further processing
- Right to portability: to request a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used format
If you have any complaint about the processing of your data, you can also file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
How is your data protected?
I apply the security levels legally required, as well as additional technical and organisational measures within my reach, to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access to or theft of your personal data. Even so, no security measure on the Internet is infallible.
How do I handle data belonging to minors?
My services are not specifically aimed at minors. In the event of processing the data of a child under fourteen years of age, I will require the consent of their legal guardians in accordance with Article 8 of the GDPR and Article 7 of Organic Law 3/2018.
