I designed and built Facturas for Nico Salas, a DJ based in Mallorca who needed to keep track of invoices for weddings, clubs and festivals without relying on an accountant: clients, invoices and their payment status, with PDF generation and a quarterly tax summary, all in one place.

Deep graphite with a violet accent, the colour Nico uses in his DJ identity: a calm palette for a task that shouldn't add stress between gigs.
An interface organised as a five-step wizard (Client, Details, Line items, Totals, PDF) that turns invoicing, normally scattered across several tools, into a single linear flow. Logo, brand and accent colour are all matched to Nico's identity.
History with payment status
Every invoice Nico issues in one table, filterable by status (pending, paid, overdue), quarter and month, with days overdue calculated automatically.
Reusable quick line items
The services Nico bills most often (a club session, a wedding DJ set, equipment rental) saved with their price already set, to add a line to the invoice in one click instead of typing it every time.
The result is that Nico invoices his gigs with VAT and withholding tax calculated, ready as a branded PDF, without opening an Excel template or waiting on an accountant to reply. His quarterly tax summary comes from the same history, with nothing to compile by hand.
