Cas Sucrer is an emblematic building in Santa María where Mallorca Heritage is building 10 luxury apartments while preserving its historic elements: wooden beams, natural stone walls and a period façade kept fully intact. I designed the project's brand and specification book.

The Cas Sucrer brand had to convey history and tradition with Mediterranean touches, in keeping with a building that preserves its period façade and original elements while being renovated inside with top-level interior design.

I built the Cas Sucrer brand around the building's history, preserving the memory of its wooden beams and natural stone walls in the village of Santa María.
A specification book worthy of the project
I designed and laid out the Cas Sucrer specification book, presenting the 10 homes designed by one of Palma's most renowned interior designers with the same care.
